About PMEGP
The Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) is a credit-linked subsidy programme launched by Ministry of MSME. It provides financial assistance to set up micro enterprises in the non-farm sector.
Key Benefits
- Up to ₹25 lakh for manufacturing sector
- Up to ₹10 lakh for service sector
- 25-35% subsidy on project cost
- No collateral for loans up to ₹10 lakh (CGTMSE)
Who Can Apply?
Any Indian citizen above 18 years, SHGs, Institutions registered under Societies Registration Act, Production Co-operative Societies, Charitable Trusts.
How to Apply
Apply online at the KVIC PMEGP e-Portal. You will need Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, and project report.
